During his over twenty-five years of arranging and funding Private Money Trust Deeds, Michael McAdams has established an impressive list of credentials within the mortgage industry. A Licensed Broker with the State of California Department of Real Estate, Michael is the owner and founder of McAdams Mortgage Services based in Santa Barbara, California. 

Christopher Bellamy - Director of Loan Production

Chris Bellamy is currently licensed as both a Broker and Appraiser in the State of California. Since earning his masters degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Sothern California, Chris has acquired an impressive background in real estate development.

Ross Waddell - Director of Loan Servicing

Ross Waddell is a licensed CPA and former CFO for Kinko's Corporation. In addition to serving as Director of Loan Servicing at Protek, he is active in real estate development and mortgage lending.
